Tutoring for Biology Courses

Students taking introductory science courses are encouraged to take advantage of the resources provided by the Academic Communities program in Jester and Kinsolving halls. Studying at the designated group tables, rather than alone in a dorm room, offers students access to study groups, teaching assistants, and student facilitators.

The UT Learning Center in Jester offers appointment tutoring for most lower division Biology courses, including BIO 311C and 311D. Although appointment tutoring requires a small fee, many students qualify for free appointment tutoring through various University programs.
