Research Summary
My research applies a variety of techniques to study antibody-mediated humoral immunity. This includes the molecular analysis of transcription factors essential for component immune system development (B cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells) and also the cellular and serological composition of B-cell antibody repertoires elicited in response to prophylactic vaccination and/or natural infection. Current projects with Haley Tucker and George Georgiou are focused on revitalizing the field of human immunology....
